Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a Fatoorify account for your business. Please read them with the Privacy notice.

Who these terms are between

These terms are between you, the person who creates the account for a business, and [operator legal name, to be provided] of [registered address, to be provided], registration number [to be provided] (the operator).

They are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, to be provided].

What Fatoorify is

Fatoorify is point-of-sale and back-office software for restaurants and shops: tills, products, stock, customers, sales and reports. It is made for businesses, not for consumers.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password safe, and keep staff PINs private. You are responsible for the people you give access to your business and for what they do in it.

Your data

The data your business enters, such as products, customers, sales and staff names, belongs to your business. We use it only to provide the service, as the Privacy notice explains. You can export your business data from the settings. Closing your business from the settings stops access to it, but the records are kept; a request to delete them is made to the contact in the Privacy notice, and is not done in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fatoorify for unlawful activity, do not try to break into, overload or misuse the service, and do not try to see another business's data.

Plans and payment

Plans, prices and billing are shown in the app. [Billing terms, including trials, renewal and refunds, to be provided by the operator.]

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted. We may change the service. Where the law requires it, we will tell you about material changes before they take effect.

Ending the service

You can close your business at any time from the settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. [Limitation of liability and other standard clauses, to be provided by the operator's counsel.]
